Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of equipment for going live on Facebook / YouTube / twitch etc? I'm looking to maybe get a camera or something, rather than using my phone? TIA

All you need is a camera with good resolution (I use a Logitech one), a program called OBS (for the streaming/capture), and a good internet connection.
I personally stream live on twitch and simultaneously record the session to disk. Then I review and if I feel it's worth uploading, I just put it up on youtube. I did a few streams on facebook at one point but it's a hit or miss thing in terms of copyright. They'll silence the bits of the mix wherever there's copyrighted material.

Cool, thanks for that mate. I'll take a look. I was wondering if there was like a GoPro type of camera that could connect to the internet etc. other option could be to just get a cheap phone and connect it to the WiFi
