Does anyone have more information on this artist? Discogs page is blank – from what I can see they just released one legendary track and that was it. Any aliases or other info about who it was?

Blank? If you checked any of the CD versions, you'd find loads of information.

Well, the artist page is entirely blank, that is what I meant. If it's just Team 33, shouldn't ZOEE be noted as their ANV or something?
Also, why did they make up a different name for a single track? Did they perform under this alias live?

Music By – H. Behrens*, Tom Gee
Producer – Team 33
Producers/artists use aliases for any number of reasons. I like to think they created "ZOEE" to release the happier cheese sound of Hardcore, and only managed the one track and lost interest there after.

Not all of the artists pages were blank. one of them even worked on a Blumchen/Blossom album
