Does anyone have any idea how to record sounds coming straight off the computer? Like if i was watching a movie or game or something and wanted to sample a section or sound from it? My m8 says u can do it with sound forge but i cudnt work it out? Any other ways atall??

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ just set it to record from wav/mp3.

I think jurassic park mite work, but to get a dinosaur close enough it a microphone is hard work - believe me, ive been tryin for fifteen years, and havent even managed to bag on yet!

Ah, slight problem with windows sound recorder....for some reason it distorts heavily on playback with the lower notes after recording? hmm... any ideas?
