Iv'e been looking at this mixer for awhile, but.....
I'm confuesed

I'm using my buddy ebay to get one, but these two confuse the **** out of me..

http://cgi.ebay.com/Stanton-DJ-Mixer-1-Channel-SA-3-NIB_W0QQitemZ300066039372QQihZ020QQcategoryZ101983QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.com/Stanton-SA-3-CrossFAder-3-BAnd-EQ-DJ-Mixer_W0QQitemZ7421278023QQihZ016QQcategoryZ23785QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem

The second one is the one I'm less confused with.

But the first says 1 channel, but doesnt look like one.
I'm going for a two channel for the 2 TT's I'm getting, so...
which one should I get

I wanna scratch, but miox to, and Ive heard this ones god for scratching.

the first one is a bit odd and i found this http://www.bananas.com/productdetail.asp/pid_1311/productname_Stanton-SA-3-DJ-Mixer <---says 2 channel mixer.

Specifications :Line Inputs: 2 (RCA) x 2 channels, -10 dBV /10 kOhm
Phono Inputs 2 (RCA) x 2 channels, -50 dBV / 47 kOhm

4 total outputs and each output (line/phono) having 2 channels tells me it's ready for 2 cdj's or 2 turntables.

i also found 2 reviews for you on this mixer.
http://www.djsuperstore.co.uk/item/dj-mixers/285085-stanton-sa-3-mixer-%A3135.00 it's only 2 reviews but that's all i could find at the moment.

hope that clears it up.

lol apparently.

but if you read each description for this mixer (on most sites) it says 1 channel but then says that there is a 3band eq for EACH channel. i see 2 3-band eq's. that looks like 2 channels to me.

i think a 1 channel would be an ipod or something...haah

im sure someone here can clear that up if there is such a thing as a 1 channel mixer.

nevermind: I just "yahoo"-ed the term "1 channel mixer" or "1-channel mixers" and got nothing back.

do me a small favor :D if you DO buy this particular mixer and the advertisement still says "1 channel" ask them "wtf do that mean?", because you see 2 eq-bands for each "channel". weirdo's

well feel free to PM if you have any questions. This can be a very intimidating process : The buying, planning, researching, technical mumbo-jumbo,

feel free to ask either in this thread or a PM.

are you east coast or west coast?
