a question about audacity

so i recorded a mix onto audacity, and before i had chance to save it my computer crashed, when i restarted it and opened audacity it said that there wer unsaved files that audacity cannot retrieve automatically but i can retrieve manually, wud i like to delete them. i clicked no. how do i retrieve that file?

i've kinda forgot how i did it last time it happened to me but i'll giv it a go:

click on 'edit' go into 'preferences' wen the window pops up go into 'directories' to find out were the temporary files are saved. copy the location.

go onto 'file' then 'import' i think....'raw data' copy the folder location.... then i dont know click on watever cums up :). i think thats how i did it anyway cant really remember. sorry couldnt b more help mate.
