I was sat in a strangers car smoking a spliff back in about 1995 and they were playing Dreamscape 17 vs 18 tapes and I was instantly hooked. Bought the tape pack myself the next day. Then I started going to Adrenaline at G-Spot in Blandford and then Destiny at The Manor in Ringwood. Also did Dreamscape 24 and a couple of Fusion events. Went regularly to the Country Club nr Dorchester for a couple of years which had allsorts of music including Hardcore as well as a few illegals in old farms in the area. I started mellowing a bit and when the Hardcore scene virtually vanished from Bournemouth I went to places like Cheeky Monkey at the Showbar. It pretty much all stopped for me when my son was born in 2004 but I did go to Frenzy Club in Bournemouth for my stag do a couple of months ago and fooking loved it :)

I love Hardcore coz it has never failed to make feel soooo happy!! I surfed to this website tonight and as soon as I played the first tune a massive grin shot across my face :D I've dabbled in drugs in my time but I can honestly say I have been to many raves completely sober and straight and still loved it. Hardcore is so bouncy and I love that.

I actually met my wife through Hardcore - we were always the last 2 out of the group still dancing at the end of the night :D
