Everytime I try to run Acid it always crashes I dunno why I can't get into the program, bugger.
But I'm assumming it crashes because of loadings of VST, how can I disable the loading of VST to see if it doesn't crash or not?

Have you tried re-installing it?
Failing that try moving your VST's out of the VST folder on your comp, see if that works.

Maybe you .net framework is f*cked, i know acid needs that to run maybe worth trying a reistall of that
