ok, i was thinking it was about time i got a decent speaker system to play at parties (nothing too major), have a budget at about £500. It's a subject i know nothing about, do i want active or passive or whatever? and if anyone could reccomend any brands or models that would be great. would be good to have 2 speakers but i realise probably wont get much for £250 each, but if so that would be better.
