Hey, I recently purchased Nexus 2 along with Dance 2 (which came free), Dance 3 and Dance Drums expansion packs. I am now looking at purchasing either FL Studio 8 or Cubase. But I was wondering if either one of these two programs would be better at using Nexus 2 VST or if they both do the same things?

Thanks in advance.

Nexus 2 should work the same in both programs. I would say, just get whichever program you're more comfortable with. If you get Cubase, you'll be able to put the Nexus 2 license on the USB dongle that comes with it (Cubase also uses a Syncrosoft dongle).

Hi, I use Nexus 1, and have found it easier to use within the cubase platform, extra functions for the automation of certain effects are easy to setup within cubase as nexus has its own interface for linking the automation into cubase, hope this helps dude :)
