for that low of a price im not sure if your going to find much of anything... this is the closest i could find on guitar center:
http://www.guitarcenter.com/Numark-Battle-Pak-DJ-System-101663375-i1155398.gc not the "best" stuff, but you gotta start somewhere. if your sis will pitch in that $280, maybe you could save up and get these, mixer, TT's and headphones. Im sure it comes with enough cables to connect straight to mixer, but if u have something like Torq or Serato, ur going to have to get a few more cables. The biggest issue ur going to face is that direct drive TT's are a tad more expensive than belt driven. ur looking to spend about $200 on 2 TT's and about $50-75 on a mixer and another $25 on headphones. Hope that helps!!!

seriously - this has been asked way too many times in the past few months. moreso than usual
just check through the threads in this gear section
**edit**
a sample from the last 4 months:
http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=42609 http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=44618 http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=43949 http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=43558 http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=43363 in fact, that last one i just posted was your thread lol :P you arent going to get anything thats good new for that price, so if you're after a whole setup thats any good you'll probably have to pump some more money into it and buy somthing second hand...put a wanted advert out in your hometown newpaper classifieds for sunday...perhaps someone is selling somthing

Yeah, if you're not buying Industry standard, buy used, otherwise your resale value drops by like 90% as soon as the box is open. Then when you wanna upgrade, the REAL cost if alot higher.
