i just had thiS idea:
make a song that has 2 different pitches, each one full paned to right and lelt
in theory it shouldn't sound out of tune because the frecuencies are not crossing with each other?

No. Once they reach someones ears they will sound out of tune no matter where they are panned.
For example if your DJing you play one tune into one ear from the headphones and another tune into the other from the system both at a different pitches and it will sound awful and out of tune.

Tbh im not sure what you mean by song with two different pitches. Do you mean a melody, bass, pad or entire tracks? And by different pitches do you mean notes that aren't harmonic and that would normally clash?
Panning anything 100% one way would cause it to astand out abit too much aswell.

If that were the case then he wouldnt have said out of tune. I belive his idea of harsh panning was to prevent unharmonic notes clashing
