wondering if anyone can shed any light on this, i have what seems to be a Promo album of theirs (those die hard breakbeat hardcore fans will know 'Funky Sensation' which was their biggy) anyway, it's a burned CDR which was sent to me back in 1998 when i bought a whole load of happy hardcore CDs from Stage One
its not in discogs, its a CDR with Nzo and DJ Invincible written on it, and the CD sleave (a regular TDK one) has the tracks written on in pen first few tracks are
01. Nzo and Dj Invincible - A Touch Of Jazz
02. Nzo and Dj Invincible - Bring Back the Drums
03. Nzo and Dj Invincible - Atmosphere
04. Nzo and Dj Invincible - Autostrada
and 9 others..(13 tracks in total) - none of the names appear on any of their releases in discogs) any idea what i've got here? was it released under a different name in the end? or is this a stage one error and the artist is written incorrectly?
or just an album that never saw the light of day, save a few promos?

i only discovered funky sensation a few years back, never heard it being played back in 94. what an amazing tune though, one of the best rushy piano / breakbeat tunes ever. didnt know the artists had done anything else, sounds like a very rare find!

Very interesting. They did some awesome Breakbeat Hardcore back then ('Trippin on Sunshine' being a personal favourite) so I'd be interested to hear other stuff. What happened to them?

Hey mate,
That CDR is not a promo per se, it's just a collection of the track that NZO and Invincible made for this CD compilation:

they gave themselves new names for each of the tracks IE: DJ NZO and DJ Invincible became "Nu-Skool - A Touch Of Jazz".... "NZO and DJ Invincible - Autostrada" became "Atina - Autostrada" etc etc.

put it up on youtube, download http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/
select your audio, then choose some random picture, and make a mp4 without messing around
you can trim the freemake logo it adds to the end after you upload it to youtube if you care enough
just have to click on the +audio button, select audio file, right click on it and click edit, and choose some graphic EQ which will take a few hours to render in HD, or just press the + button and choose a pic which will take 20 seconds to make the mp4
