Due to Hixxy (or someone else) owning the rights to it as well as its remixes, will Darwin's remix of Toy Town ever see a legitimate release? If it doesn't then I think it would be a great addition to HU EP4 :)

Well you're in luck because I have it on film being played by Al Storm last year at HTID ITS and at a rave in Toronto. At first I thought it was him that remixed it since he was the one playing it.
There's nothing 'wrong' with the sound quality from the 2nd video, but there was just too much damn bass at that event. It's the same in many events here it's like NA is obsessed with more bass personally I don't think this amount sounds great live at all.

I'd have thought Toytown would be coming on the Happy Hardcore Underground (which I can't ruddy wait for, by the way! When's it out??)

I *will* try to clear it to appear on HHU, which is being worked on atm by person or persons unannounced. Last time I tried I could only get it cleared for a mix, so that ruled it out of the digital bundle, so we'll see where we stand closer to sign off.
As for the project as a whole...... It'll well and truly defecate over the original digi bundle concept. I can't really say more, yet. It'll be one of the coolest (well, not in a street cred kinda way... you know what I mean ) and fun things we've ever done.

I figured that Toy Town remix was one of the tracks to be delaying HHU. and I imagine it will be one incredible album when it finally sees release! Hopefully it will be like a double cd of unmixed tracks, with a 3rd disc mixing those tracks :)

Probably won't hurt if everytime anyone sees Hixxy they say "when's that Darwin remix of toytown coming out". Eventually he will tire of the ceaseless interrogation and consent with glad tidings.
(this might have been more effective if I hadn't outed the plan publically. Damn)
