It should be on there, though. Every other hardcore tune is.
That "Virtual Reality" tune is amazing. I've got it on wax but only know it to be on one tape I own (and I have quite a few!) and that's the Spinback tape from The Outer Limits (Helter Skelter). That tune alone pushes that tape up the 'best tape' rankings for me. That, and the fact VG's on the other side - starts off with his Rush Hour Remix, haha.

Yeh nice track! sounded very familiar at one part, like a fade & bananaman tune, hardcore heaven 2 sprung to mind when I heard it, but i'm not sure

Yeah it was good. There were some good Bananaman & Blitz tracks like the Quickening. Just found another of their remixes which hadn't heard which sounds nice.
