Its a hardcore track from Italy, some may call it Gabber/Gabber. It's definitely not hardstyle tho.

Oh my mistake, I was on my phone when I saw that and didn't see the soundclound link. But yes that is a badass track, it was featured on the Endshow video from this year's Defqon.1

my favourite "hardcore" track this year was Angerfist & Dr. Peacock - Inframan, but if i were to pick something outside the realms of gabber/french, i would probably say Transcend, Cyrax & Iggy - Jungle Hijinxs, JTS - Resistance (Scott Brown Remix) or Scott Brown - Gang Bang Society (Weaver Remix). too hard to pick a single favourite
oh yeah, and that Douglas remix of Arkitech - Shadow of a Memory I heard on the new Stamina Records podcast. i was actually mad when he said that there was no release date for it and that it "will see the light of day at some point" :L shit better come out m8
