1.5 hour sets could work, standard 'loads of names' format but with 1.5 hours instead of 45 mins, you still get to promote to the more niche market (probably people that are on here) with the 'extra variety' but still get the more casual types too.

I liked what Raindance did at an after party once. Had a big gong and when the crowd started to slack the DJ got gonged and the next one came on. I could imagine some big name DJ's getting quite offended though haha. Maybe the sort of thing you could consider for a few locals who are game though.
