What's the tracklist? I skipped through that thread but couldn't see it. Might've overlooked it.
Bit annoyed about it because I don't use Facebook or Twitter and so I didn't know about until when I went on the HU site just now.
I heavily rely on this forum to stay updated but didn't realise it'd been discussed in the 'release announcements' section. Do things really get moved there if the thread on this section is deemed 'promotional'?

The absolutely shit thing about it is having to make a qualifying 2015 purchase which doesn't help if you have bought them all already or simply don't want what is left. For instance i've bought nearly everything from HU and suggested to Fracus i should get one as an apology for the Unknown album (i have no intention of buying the Knob, i mean MOB album or the alex prospect album and to be honest i think Darkshadows 2 is pretty poor from the previews). It also means that someone who has spent no money on HU all year can buy one thing and get the EP. Great way to say f**k you to the loyal customers.

Yeah I get what you mean there. HU have always been good at giving away the leftovers at a later date but with there being only 300 copies they'll all soon be gone.

Well it could have been made avaliable for download for people that qualify and then there is no shipping and little cost and then perhaps the reward would go to the people that support the label regularly with their cash. I've personally spent 189.41 GBP this year and i reckon there are people who have spent a lot more than that? Where is their EP? oh yeah they will have to spend more money when someone else who has't spent a dime can get one with a 12 quid purchase, that's shit customer service.

I can see things from Vladel's perspective...I think if someone has spent 189.41 GBP (which is $282 US), then that person should somehow get this EP, especially if they've already bought the majority of the albums listed in the description needed to obtain the EP. I mean, why pay for an album you don't want when you've already bought the other qualifying albums? But, it's ultimately up to the HU peeps. Maybe make the EP available with any album purchase until stock runs out?

You ever thought before coming on here and putting your cunt flaps to work by bitching about this, you could have contacted Jon or Gaz about possibly holding one for you for any future releases, or maybe chug it in with your kickstarter limited edition whatever if you participated in that? And I know this is odd coming from me, but you could probably be nicer on the way you ask and they'll be more than happy to accommodate you.
Also, at least half of these have already been released as a digital download. So not like you're missing out completely.

It merely was a fun promotional thing to wrap up the year.
Anyone who's messaged has had CDs held, or been offered a link, or in the case of people who have already bought most of the 2015 releases we actually posted out the EP gratis.
I realise the by default position in this scene is to rail and wail at the gates, presuming that no-one cares or will listen, but seriously...

HU EP 5, literally is very great even with (old) Hardcore Bootlegs or remakes.
Needs more remakes.
PS.: What about "Nothing There" from HTID USA?... will appear in some EP or DJ Tools someday?

Just got a new workstation to continue editing/grading the red footage with the old workstation finding its way to Darwin so he can work on the audio mix before we do the final 7.1 pass.
