Find labels that release the sort of music you produce, find their contact details (email address presumably) and just send them your tunes with a bit of information.
I don't think many labels refuse demos, some even encourage you to send them. A lot have a website, most will have a Facebook page. You could even send a message to the label owner asking if you can send them something.
