I recently attended the Fracus & Darwin event in Toronto, Canada on the 24th...bought 2 VIP tickets for $30 each that were supposed to come with a Hardcore Underground CD with each ticket that would be picked up at the club. Upon arriving at the club was told by an event organizer that the CD's did not make it on time to be handed out at the club and that I would need to get in touch with Hardcore Underground so that the CD's could be mailed to me.
I have emailed Hardcore Underground twice now but have not received a response, so hopefully someone sees this here and can help me out. Perhaps they are busy, but as much as I love Hardcore Underground, I am a little frustrated that it is now up to me to hunt down the CD's for myself. If I had known that the CD's would have not made it on time to the club, I would have just bought 2 regular $20 tickets that came with no CD, and skipped all this trouble.
Hopefully someone can straighten this out for me.

Literally just got back to the UK. Units arrived after we left, so we decided to offer the digital assets ahead of late Dec release and ship signed copies of the physical.to our Toronto attending heroes. Ironically this ends up costing us money. This should have been explained on the night but sleep deprivation, joy and burn out are danger bedfellows. We're intermittently useless but good natured. Expect digital assets, including all the full length tracks, this week

Toronto has helped, a lot. I actually hadn't had any kind of holiday (or indeed day off) since May 2016. No, not even Xmas day last year. Even when the crew went to HTID in the Sun I was up 'til 2 a.m on a Friday night doing post.

In better news the album is delayed a lot so you guys get it months before non awesome types.

Digital assets should be linked to your account, we're still prepping the physical units as we have.... Modified the market for release. . Will still ship the finished units to everyone, internationally, but for now you all get this nearly two months ahead of anyone else....because we lurve you guys!

If you haven't bought it on there, you've probably been scammed

As Samination said, it should be linked to your HU Store account (presuming you ordered from the same email addy). If you didn't, a new account will have been setup for this speciific item; DM me for a password reset if so!
