I started really getting into making mixes with programs, but now I really want to get into making mixes with actual decks so I can do live shows on the internet and for my own pleasure. Does anyone know of any digital decks/CD-Js/whatever you call them that are fairly inexpensive, for a beginner?

Well i dont know if you wanna go for the vinyl, but if you dont care if its vinyl and you dont wanna scratch really good i would buy the vestax vci-100(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2Y509VQVEQ)

the numark total control is sposed to be very plasticy and not all that good........the vci by vestax is sposed to be a solid spot on controller allthough there have been complaints of the stickiness of the jog wheel........nothing a screwdriver cant sort out though :)
also have a look at torq xponent........its ace :)
