Has any1 here got a good knowledge of hardcore in the early to mid 90`s that can help me id these tunes there about the only ones i dont know from that era.

ps who thinks hardcore woz better back in those days or is it just me i cant seem 2 get in2 this new wave of hardcore i so wish i cud as all my fav dj`s r coming back dont get me wrong i like a good few tunes but 4 me its missing something. It might just b this whole cheezy advert on tv caper helter skelter v raindance , hardcore adrenaline etc thats putting me off so if any1 has suggestions of some good new tunes, albums ,dj`s from this new hardcore scene im all ears. cheers

Good, recent hardcore CD's for you to buy:
Hardcore Underground (must buy)
WOW 10 & 11
The new Hardcore Heaven series has Brisk and Kev Energy on them and there mixes are decent. Sy's mix is just Sy's new so so material I'm afraid. It gets more and more tosh the newer the album as well...
Hardcore Nation 1,2 & 3 have a decent mix on them (Robbie Long) but you'd pretty much be buying them just for that as the others are gash.
Hope that helps :) There is good new stuff if you look for it.
