Novation V-Station, and Albino 3, without a doubt :)
The V-Station is excellent for ease of use, everything you need to use is right there in front of you, so very intuitive. It's also very versatile, it can do everything.
Albino is equally as good and alot better in alot of cases, but it's also much harder to program. Fortunately though with this there is alot of presets!

I find I use V-Station and the Superwave collection most.

z3ta+ is always helpful, as is Vanguard. Great trance sounds from those, and easy to program. However, I stick to a lot of freeware, including
KarmaFX (some of the greatest basses and 303 fakes out there)
MinimogueVA (Minimoog fake. not sampled, but sounds very oldschool)
TB Peach (old NES sounds)
MDA Piano (though adding reverb + delay is a must)
I'm also looking to get Cameleon 5000 and the Mu-Tronic, and from the demos, the Cameleon gets some great and varied synths, and the Mu-Tronic gets some excellent and distinct drum sounds.
