And how to i create it?
here is one track i found that has it in the beginning.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32zxi1Biu-A starts at 7 sec. its like a whooshing sound. I have heard it two ways, the first being a build up like in the video, or there is a bass hit and that sound plays but it dwindles out. Im using Logic Express 8 as my production software. Thanks again guy's!!!!

it's a riser, also known as an up-lifter
plenty of good samples of these on vengeance packs
but if you need to create one, automate the pitch/velocity upwards on your chosen sound

That's not an effect, it's a sample.
Edit : Oh.. posted at the same time.. well then.. I guess you're right.

probably two seperate sounds. the first is an up-sweep. sounds like a short-medium length one. the second sound is an impact (also known as explosions) which lets off a bassy reverb kinda thing. there are common free-to-use samples you can find for some of these.

The sounds don't have specific names other than being generally referred to as sound effects (abbreviated to SFX), as that's the purpose of them within the context of the track. The one at around 8 seconds is an oscillator or several oscillators with an LFO controlling the pitch. There is also is a noise oscilator (seperate sound) in there too. From the thickness of the sound there could be more sounds layered, possibly with chorus applied.
A large contributer to the 'bigness' of the sound would be alot of delay and or reverb.
That second sound is just a form of kick with alot (long decay time) of reverb on, infact i have a sample of it, it's very commonly used.
As for the first effect i mentioned; firslty, don't use a sample because it will already be a specific length and pitch and that will be no good to you unless you work entirely around that specific sample. Secondly though, you can easy create the same kind of sound originally from a synth, all you need to to is assign an LFO to one of the oscilators and play with the filter envelope and LFO settings.
You can assign the pitch of the oscilator to the envelope too (which is where the rising in pitch comes from) but it can be somewhat limiting. I would suggest using automation, that way you can increase the pitch and any other pramaters over a much longer time than using the envelope on the synth alone (you might only get the pitch to rise over a few bars with the envelope on the synth and it will only stretch over one octave, so it's pretty limiting).
You will be able to get alot of new sounds too if you continue experimenting.
You will realise how simple these kind of sounds are once you try experimenting, but it will probably take a while to perfect them (everything takes practice).
If none of this makes sense to you, it's time to learn the basics of synthesis!
