This genre hybrid thing is really not going to work. They're unlikely to be competitive in the drum & bass market and they're just going to alienate purists in the hardcore scene.

Paranoia is pretty cool.
Why is there a dnb/drumstep remix though?

Unfortunately, I fear this all too true.

I am really not at all concerned what Futureworld does or what direction it will take the more mainstream sound of hardcore. Because so long as this new futureworld sound is out, there will always be more and, in my opinion, better options. That's not to say that I find the new FW stuff awful I do actually like some of the stuff they come out with. But Hardcore Underground will always be #1 in my books and so long as they keep doing what they're doing and not evolve into adapting these new sounds on a permanent basis I'm fine. They've always stood out as risk takers and it's worked for them.

Artists like Audiojunkiee and Stylus has proven it's easy to produce the same sound as the big names, so that's jsut crap
Their sound as in their tunes, not the general style, obviously. If you want the most up front Darren Styles stuff for example, then you have to book him or another one of the massive names.

Sounds like it's someone's time of the month...
Yes, I do get very emotional these days, but the main reason is not that I'd like to push my own favorite kind of music, but I totaly hate it when people offer you "new school Hardcore" when it's clearly totally un-hardcore!
