because he can and he needs no specific reason to enjoy it.
but i can personally say that the voice is very reminiscent of 90s happy hardcore which i enjoyed very much. so everytime i hear that track i think that it's been heavily influenced by those elements, just presented in a modern sound.

Another track I dislike is the 2010 remix of "Power of Dreams" by Impact. The original was so energetic and euphoric, but this new mix of it just sounds so watered down.
