Hixxy & UFO did bootlegs of 1998 and 1999 on their Cover Up label. Neither were the best, but they were decent... certainly better than what passes for quality on Ballistic Bootlegs. :P
Their covers of Ayla and Carte Blanche (on the same label) was surprisingly good in my opinion, but I digress...

it's also the very first happyhardcore tune i ever ever ****ing heard, it was side A, (i'll never forget this tape it's a ****ing legendery tape) side a, dougal @ helterskelter millenium jam with MC huricane. after this tape I was hooked. i payed my mate a 10er for this tape at highschool, was only the next day my other mates told me i was ripped off but i was young so hey
